More Birthday Fun...

We had a "little" birthday party for Trevor Sunday. I whipped up a cake and we rented an inflatable bouncey house water slide from the base. The water slide was ALL he wanted for his party. DONE.

Tyler is One Month Old

Tyler is one month old today! It's hard to believe! Part of me feels like it was only yesterday that he was born, and yet, things have been so busy and we have had a lot going on this past month, that it seems like he has always been with us!

Tyler went to his one month checkup this morning and weighed in at just under 12 pounds! He's in the 90th percentile on weight, and 50th percentile on his height!

We did decide, however, that he has a bit of reflux. The past week or so he has been more fussy, spitting up quite a bit, and not sleeping as well. The doctor also noticed that he arched his back during his examination, and I mentioned he clears his throat a lot when he's laying flat. We are going to start him on some medication to help with that. We'll see how it goes!

Other than the reflux, we have a very healthy & happy & hefty baby!!!

Soccer Pictures

Last night he helped me make rice krispie treats with animal sprinkles to take for treats today at school.

Sleeping in with Daddy

I finally got up early this morning to go walking with my mom! It was nice to be able to get away for a little bit to get some exercise.

I made sure to leave Tyler with a full belly.

Back to the Beach

It's been a while since the Turner's have made a trip to the beach. The past couple month's mommy's belly has been too big to chase after the little ones...

We loaded up the beach gear and headed to Kailua Beach.
The kids immediately insisted Daddy build some sort of sand hole...
Larry stayed up the hill and people watched, which I'll have to admit, is pretty entertaining!

He dug a huge hole and custom made 3 sand seats for each of the kids (minus Tyler) and it even has steps leading down into the hole on the left side... can you tell he misses building things?!

It was a beautiful day! The sun was shining with occasion cloud cover. There was a constant breeze, which was perfect! Mom and Tyler and I walked forever in the sand down the beach and back. Tyler slept the entire time! But we did manage to have him peek out from under his little blankie for a quick picture, for proof he was actually there:

Rock Band - Country

We went on a little shopping trip and brought home Rock Band Country.... it's been a LONG time since the family has had our little jam session!

Tyler has really enjoyed having his grandma's around. He gets to snuggle anytime he wants.
This morning with Daddy and Grandpa off running a few errands, Addison has had to keep herself busy with other things. With Daddy not here to follow around, she has decided to play with her baby. Here she is giving her baby a bath on Tyler's changing table
And using the nose sucker to clean out her baby's nose.... before this, she was trying to get Tyler's binkies in the baby's mouth.
